Foreign Policy for America’s NextGen Initiative works to spotlight and support diverse young leaders (age 22-37) from across the country. By supporting rising experts and activists in our community, we’re identifying, connecting, and mentoring the next generation of leaders who can advance principled American engagement in the world.
Cohort members benefit from four pillars of activities: knowledge building, political engagement, professional development and social connections. NextGen members also have access to tailored mentorship initiatives and an extraordinary network of members and advisors. In addition, NextGen members have the opportunity to engage across the full range of FP4A efforts including community events, advocacy, and political activities. Foreign Policy for America’s annual Leadership Summit creates a unique opportunity to convene all of our members across the country.
