Marissa “Collins” Collins is Foreign Policy for America’s Spring 2023 Fellow. He is originally from Texas, where he received a B.A. in International Relations and East Asian Languages and Cultures from Austin College in 2017. Recently, Collins graduated from George Washington University’s Elliott School, where he received an M.A. in International Affairs, focusing on conflict resolution and Asia.
