Racism has had dramatic and systemic effects on all aspects of American life. How has it affected the design and implementation of U.S. foreign policy? This discussion, hosted by Foreign Policy for America, Colombe Foundation, and Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security, and Conflict Transformation (WCAPS), looked at 20th-century U.S. foreign policy through the lens of race and racism, with input from scholars and practitioners with distinct regional expertise.
