Diversity in the National Security Bureaucracy

As our national conversation on systemic racism continues, Foreign Policy for America partnered with WCAPS (Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security, and Conflict Transformation) and Colombe Foundation for the third in a series of conversations on race and foreign policy. In this discussion, we hosted a panel of distinguished leaders for a conversation on the consequences of discrimination within the national security bureaucracy, how it affects implementation of U.S. foreign policy, and potential ways to remove obstacles to diversity.
