A Conversation with Rep. Spanberger and Loren DeJonge Schulman

On January 16th, 2019, Foreign Policy for America hosted a discussion with newly elected Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger and Loren DeJonge Schulman on counterterrorism and national security policy.

Representative Spanberger (D-Virginia) served as a CIA operations officer from 2006 to 2014, where she collected intelligence, managed assets, and oversaw high-profile programs in service to the United States.

Loren DeJonge Schulman is the Deputy Director of Studies and the Leon E. Panetta Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).  Before joining CNAS, Ms. Schulman served as the Senior Advisor to National Security Advisor Susan Rice.
