Edward Reilly is an internationally recognized communications strategist and business leader whose career spans the intersection of public policy, capital markets, and corporate reputation. He advises senior executives, boards, and policymakers globally on complex transactions, public disclosures, and high-stakes issues, helping organizations navigate scrutiny and align stakeholder expectations during periods of change.
Mr. Reilly currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of DGA Group, a leading policy and communications advisory firm with 13 offices around the world. As the firm’s founding CEO, he led its creation, launch, and strategic development, which included the acquisition and integration of Albright Stonebridge Group and Interel, two leading geopolitical advisory and public affairs firms.
Prior to DGA, Mr. Reilly served as Global CEO of the strategic communications segment at FTI Consulting. During his seven-year tenure, he oversaw 34 offices worldwide, led the integration of 10 acquisitions, and significantly expanded the firm’s capabilities. Earlier, he served as President and CEO of the Americas business and led the Strategy Consulting & Research practice.
Mr. Reilly was the founder and CEO of Westhill Partners, a leading communications consultancy acquired by Financial Dynamics, which was subsequently acquired by FTI Consulting. He also served as Vice Chairman of BSMG Worldwide (now Weber Shandwick) and CEO of KRC Research, part of Bozell Worldwide (now IPG).
He has advised senior policymakers across the United States and Latin America, including Colombia, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru, and previously held senior public sector roles in Massachusetts, including Director of Policy to the Governor and Undersecretary of Environmental Affairs.
Mr. Reilly served in the United States Marine Corps.
