Colby Harriman is Foreign Policy for America’s Diplomacy Policy Associate. Prior to joining FP4A, he worked in the Office of California State Senator Ben Allen where he focused on a broad portfolio of issue areas including climate change and transportation. In this role, he also helped to enhance the State of California’s presence on the international stage by coordinating visits by heads of state to the State Capitol, organizing delegations of lawmakers to visit foreign countries, and meeting with Consuls General throughout California to discuss energy and transportation policies in their respective countries. Colby is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and holds a BA from Pepperdine University and an MA from American University’s School of International Service.
