AMBassador CARMEN LOMELLIN
Ambassador Carmen Lomellin is a senior advisor to the president and CEO at Cell-Ed and is the principal at Lomellin Global Partners, LLC. From 2009 to 2014, Ambassador Lomellin served as U.S. Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS) and the National Coordinator for the Presidential-level Summit of the Americas. Appointed by President Barack Obama and confirmed by the United States Senate in November 2009, Ambassador Lomellin worked to advance U.S. interests at the OAS and the Inter-American system and promote regional cooperation among OAS member states.
