On November 28th 2018, Foreign Policy for America hosted a conversation with former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia, Dr. Evelyn Farkas about the threats of Russian aggression in the Ukraine.
Dr. Evelyn Farkas is a Senior Fellow at the German Marshall Fund and CNA, the President of Farkas Global Strategies,and a National Security Analyst for NBC/MSNBC. She served from 2012 to 2015 as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia/Ukraine/Eurasia, where she was responsible for policy towards Russia, the Black Sea, Balkans and Caucasus regions and conventional arms control.
