Kelly is an Outreach Associate at Foreign Policy for America. Prior to joining FP4A, she organized for Abigail Spanberger’s gubernatorial campaign in Virginia. She has also previously been a Fellow with National Security Action and an intern with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
She graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
